Appointment Policies 

Appointment cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will require a payment equivalent to 50% of the full session price. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will require that your session be paid in full. In the event of repeated cancellations, clients will be asked to prepay in order to schedule. Exceptions will be made in the event of emergencies, or illness. 

Late arrival may result in a shortened session, but the full session price may still be charged. Please call, text or email if you are running late.

Payment is required on the day of the session and is accepted in the form of cash, check or credit card.
